- Encouragement of public
transport and cycling
- Local affordable office
space stimulating business creation
- Education and spreading

Innovative Ecological Building Techniques
We aim to use the latest energy-efficient
building techniques and products.
We are interested in hearing from any
suppliers, builders or manufacturers who would
like to cooperate in this project and
potentially use the on-site eco-centre in the
long-term to showcase and promote their
